When you starve yourself of food your stomach shrinks so to put weight back on you have to eat a little in intervals to help. I know because I was diagnosed with anorexia years ago. I’m at a good weight now 😂 more than I was before my anorexia era.

I was over 450 lbs. And with a Carnivore Diet of FATTY RED MEAT FATTY FISH BUTTER BACON AND EGGS 🥩🐟🧈🥓🔥I easily lost the Weight. I was always Starving to Death Before and now I'm Never Hungry and 225 lbs. 6'2"
Anorexia Nervosa is a mental illness and when it grabs a hold of you it won't let go, I should know, I was 11 when it started in me and I've been to a very low weight and my weight went up and down because of being forced into IP to gain weight and then I stopped eating when I got out again over and over because the thoughts wouldn't go away no matter how long I was in therapy.
It's not that I always felt fast it's that I felt worthless, that I didn't deserve to eat (bc mom told me so when I was 11).
Now I'm 48 years old and I started spiraling down again a few months ago and I'm miserable, I don't want to be consumed by these thoughts and feelings but it feels like it's out of my control.
I don't like how in this video he always claims that anorexia is a choice, for some that may be the case but certainly not for all.
Matter over mind. I went through it. My mom was so critical. Took years but finally got better. I hope you find something else that you find as important and worth while as being thin. So many subjects in this world to achieve perfection in. Try to find one. You can find friends in them also.🎉

I have been a size 0 all my life even 9 months pregnant I just couldn’t put any weight on but I am much different now I’m disabled 😢😢😢
When I was young, my school called my mom saying I was anorexic. They had no idea how much I actually ate untill they started watching. Then they realized I just have a fast metabolism.

I’m almost finished watching but I had to stop and tell you that I too look at food and can gain weight! With that being said I grew up being tortured by my older brothers , for instance I was held down by one of my brothers on the back of my dads Yacht when a group of Coast Guard officers came to board and he flapped my thighs around and called me thunder thighs ( they called me that a lot)! Every time I’d take a bight of food in front of a couple of brothers they would say pig,pig,pig, over and over again! I was 5’8 120 lbs and stopped eating much! I was a size 0/1 for quite a while! I was locked in a bathroom naked by one of our nanny’s for over an hour and told to look at myself! It was awful! I struggled with understanding I was even pretty let alone not heavy! I looked back in old photos with my mom in my early 40’s and literally started balling at just how beautiful I truly was!
The biggest misconception keep repeating for decades is that people does this to look a certain way! Likewise people cut themselves to feel a certain way? No these are signs of deep depression 😔

My name is Nancy. Just so you know. Anyway I’ve been loosing weight far faster than I want to. This is all because I had surgery back ten years ago to remove some of my colon. It’s been a hard road because I can’t eat like I have in the past.

i had an aunt that past away back in the 90's....she was 52.....she had a mental illness that she refused to go to therapy for....it caused her to believe that her waist had to be thinner than her 3 daughters....she was anorexic...and all she consumed every day was 3 pots of black coffee, no sugar, no cream, cigarettes, 3 stalks of celery and 3 leaves of ice burg lettuce....it was hard to look at her....she was a skeleton with skin and hair......she was in so much pain with she passed away
