What is the response to a management team let’s say for a tribe/department of 200 people who thinks they can’t meet 3 times or even 1 time a week.. And we are mostly virtual
That is a good question. It depends on whether the team feels they need to solve a problem. If they don't then it's useless to start with Obeya. Most teams we encounter in practice have very common problems related to alignment, prioritization, overview, etc. If that's the case, take the Obeya narrative from there and show them how it helps solve their problems. Feel free to drop a line to Tim on LinkedIN or join our monthly dojo at leadingwtihobeya.com on the LWO Network as well for these questions and further sparring.
