2019 Iyashi No Sato Nenba

Iyashi No Sato Nenba
Is an open air museum displaying replicas of traditional Japanese Nenba village houses with thatched roofs. Each house has either some type of craft, pottery, handwoven fabrics or historical village info on display. And there are many opportunities for hands-on experiences too. My wife and daughter did some crafts, but I was too busy taking in the beautiful scenery and getting footage.
We visited here with some friends from Tokyo on April 28, 2019. The drive is about 135 km (77 miles) from Tokyo Station and it took us about 2 hours to get there.
