Would love to see more on the house side of what your doing also, is it fixers that yall buy and transform, do yall do the work yourself or do you hire contractors, do you add any green upgraded to the house (water catchment,solar power/water heating) I'm just a little bit north of this where do yall acquire your plants

We have teams that we work with to get the job done. With the green that is an option we may be exploring in the future.
