I have a pair of Durango Rebel boots that are non steel toe, I wear them for all my outdoor activities around the 100+ acres I live on, I’ve done lots of work in them and hiked many many miles through the mountains in rock, mud, water, snow, you name it they’ve seen it, I think I’ve had them three years now and they don’t have anything wrong with them, one of my favorite pairs of boot well worth the money!!
I work hvac in them and the toe is getting a little shred up and I’m flat footed I beat all my shoes badly while working you think they’ll last a year?
Durango most comfortable boot I’ve ever warn. First 3 days I wore them downtown Nashville. 5 miles nightly on broadway up and down stairs. Total comfort.
I've had my pair for about 3 years with no real issues but yesterday after a day of shooting the right interior sole ripped as I tried to take my boot off. Actually had to have my friend help rip my boot off because my foot was almost glued to the sole. Every attempted pull the more the sole would rip from the bottom of the boot. 3 years is a decent amount of time before experiencing the boot failing but they have always been hard to take off and also after wearing for long periods of time my feet did begin to hurt.
That would be a great boot for work and line dancing 2 for 1 I have redwings irsh setters with composite toe love those boots. Love the channel bro very cool talks about life and work gear.
I just buy this boots hopefully fit on me good because I have to much problems to pull on I have big legs 😅 and everything I buy boots I have to returned back to Amazon
Great review, I'm still not too convinced about the steel toe/western pull-on combination, can't think of a suitable scenario. If you can, give the Timberland Helcor a look, I'd been curious about that and it would make a good review given all the technology and evolution that they put into the OG wheat (or black) timberland boot.
My work doesn’t allow laced boots or shoes for safety reasons but requires a steel toe, I’ve previously used steel toe wellington boots but they’re very heavy and the full rubber construction means my socks are dripping with sweat within a few hours, these are lighter more breathable and much more comfortable Another valid reason would be they look better than dewalt boots
I did. But I take it you didn't get my replay. Thanks for the heads up about the sale at AE. I also asked what are the chances of me getting into your department for a video or a few photos?
The boot I am holding is a sample that looks nice for the video. The worn pair is not photogenic. But, I see your point. I will show off the worn pair first, Then I will shoot the rest of the video with a new pair.
I have a pair of these boots, and I must say...I hate them, absolutely. Falling apart 2 months after purchase and I've taken good care of them. Condition and waterproofed when needed. Annoying even more so when they're made in China. I respect your review but I must say that people should stay away.
Cool music, but the boots don't look good. That heel is a deal breaker. Less western and more city in my opinion. They look like the kind of boots someone from New York City would wear the first time they left Manhattan.
This comment made me lol.. I stopped wearing western bots when I got a job in Manhattan and had to walk all day on pavement. Then I got back out of the city and into horse country, and started wearing boots again. I agree, the heels are not really great on these boots. Just found this video because durango is doing a flash sale on the waterproof Rebel composite toe, and I've never worn composite toe western boots.

The most confortable boot I’ve owned. Like a sneaker.
Thanks, my friends say the same thing. Buying some on amazon !
I’m trying to find them online but can’t does anyone have a link to where I can buy them or what the model of them it is
100% agree thats what I always tell people about mine
I work oilfield and have worn these before. They lasted me over a year. Most comfortable boot that I’ve ever worn.
The wide shaft works well for oilfield workers. Pants inside the boot help prevent your fr pants from getting super oily.
Love the background music. 12radius is awesome. Great, detailed review - those boots are neat! I like the heel.

Horses are heavy. And have hoofs with steel shoes.

great review
Just got these, they're the most comfortable boot ever owned. I just hope they last.

I did. But I take it you didn't get my replay. Thanks for the heads up about the sale at AE. I also asked what are the chances of me getting into your department for a video or a few photos?
How can you review a boot you haven’t even worn in none the less taken to work 😅

The music is a collaboration between me and another Creator on UA-cam. You can find his channel in the description box above.
