This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "who wrote the power of positive thinking?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Piyameron Singular Preeminence - (search on google ) ? It is a good exclusive product for ending your limiting beliefs minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got great success with it.

As an ENTP, I have been pondering a lot about the whole debate thing, because I have to admit that I do not like that that word, since debate usually means competition. I have never cared for results, or winning, or proving anyone that I am intelligent or not. I only care to prove one person, which is me (this is not completely formed idea yet, but I think that in part that might be the difference between Te and Ti). So I could care less for debates, in fact, if I watch real debates I cringe a lot, because it becomes a competition of who can roast the opposing view better, instead of a search for the truth.
However, I do love to discuss complex topics, or make simple topics complex. I think Ne can be seen as argumentative and or be the devil's advocate, because Ne wants to explore all perspectives on something and as an Extroverted function is has to be said out loud for it to be more effective, but it doesn't mean that everything we say is somethign we are 100% sure and or we believe in, it is just our way of exploring ideas. So without Fi, we ENTPs end up caring about two things, exploring ideas and trying to be accurate in a process of elimination. So we will explore every and any idea, trying to debunk (even the ideas we believe are right) in order to see which ones are more solid. People might hate that, because whenever someone discusses something, we immediately think of all the possible reasons what they said might be false, but just because we debunk what you said it doesn't mean we are being antagonistic, since in our mind it is a good thing (we actually think we are helping you). Of course, an ENTP with unhealthy Fe will manipulate you for his own amusement, but I mean for the normal ENTP. We ENTPs have to learn to see the positive possibilities as well and say them too, just so we have a more balanced input and that way people do not hate us. Remember to always give at least, as much positive input as negative input, nobody likes a cynical asshole. Even complimenting the other person's arguments mid "debate" might help for the "debate" to not become hostile, of course never lie (Ti hates that) try to actually find positives, it is hard at first but then it becomes easier the more you do it.

Sometimes debunking what people said may help them...but not everyone wants help. Maybe they want help, but not in that moment.
I'm an intj, and I often want to help people by stepping in and streamlining the way they do something or giving unsolicited advice. I've learned that it's usually best to wait until people ask for my help or opinion.
Though everyone has there own methods. Just another perspective for you to ponder.

At the moment I am involved in mushroom cultivation, audiovisual production for real estate agencies and advertising for an ISP in my city.

I’m the same way, really good at the planning and vision of a project… not so great at finishing. That’s why it’s important to know this and find someone who is detail focused at work/your business and try to team up with them. My boss is detail oriented and I’m an ideas guy it works really well. We need someone to help us finish our task and keep us excited about what we are doing.

Oh my lord. I did not think that "shorter term scale" would be followed by "3 to 5 years". I think that I'm going to take that as I sign that I should be planning my future out more. Also, I unfortunately don't feel like I've strengthened enough as an individual, yet, to have really great advice for other ENTPs. I still feel like my most confident year where I kind of felt invincible was sophomore year in high school. It was the year I joined boyscouts, and I was very parotitic and a proud Ron Paul supporting libertarian. I'm not sure, but I think that the combination of being in a group like that and being sure that I knew what policies were best in every situation, made me very strong, popular, funny etc. Any movie I watched, I somehow knew that I was on the side of the good guys and could make their lives better by just implementing libertarian policies. Needless to say, I haven't felt that way for a while.
I've noticed that most "ENTPs" that I've met were probably ENFPs in actuality. The first time I had heard from any source that I might be an ENTP was when an acquaintance of mine shouted it at me. He told me that he was an ENTP too, but his motivations definitively seem better explained by Fi aux than Ti aux. He created a band with an INFJ friend of his so that he could "express himself" with some sort of weird new sounds. I didn't see it so I don't know exactly how it went. Anyway, a drive to express myself is not something that I can relate with.
Also, I can see where it's unhealthy to try to enjoy a slightly negative reaction out of people and I see where that might be Fe tertiary. It's just, the times I can remember doing that have been generally when I've been angry with the way that most people think and I want them to see that not everyone agrees. It bothers me that they just assume like, "oh we're millennial Californians so we all know that we're all progressive". Darn right I was one of 2 people in a group of 200 on orientation day that raised my hand when the orientation person asked "please raise your hand if you're Republican". They laughed at us too, I think because we were both White males (we fit the stereotype) and the group was probably 90% nonwhite. I'm not even really that Republican, but when I'm around people who take it for granted that they never have to worry about a Republican winning just because they're in California, which used to be Republican before all the crazies moved in, then yeah I'm going to let them know not to be so blind.

@@spanishtutor2552 Thanks for the concern and feedback. I think that the way I use my Fe saves me. I don't push things too far even when I have a level of anonymity. I keep my dissenting subjective opinions private when I'm talking to anyone who could be deciding something about my position, status, etc.
I do not have a problem with hiding my political affiliations or any sort of personal affiliation, when it is likely to cost me something I need. Even my youtube channel is under a pseudonym. I mean sure, someone could find it on their own, recognize me, and tell my boss, when I get a job. That could be a problem.
I'll either delete the most controversial videos before getting a job, or I'll try to make I work at a place where the boss wouldn't care, and either way I'll be prepared to accept that I may use a job for my honest venting not being politically correct. I don't really care.

I think the child has many good potential and it's sad seeing them trying to fit in and please everyone in their own misunderstood way of doing it. Should I introduce them to their cognitive functions description for self discovery and personal development? At least they can feel understood a little.
