as being born a white man and led to Rastafari and philosophy of Ethiopia the christian nation i feel very blessed to be able to connect with the true God of the israelites and not these worthless idols of these nations and lands. I was being persicuted and was trying to run from it which didnt work. Im back at home now more connected and more aware than i been in my 20 years of life. Going off of what he said at 28:29 I believe that this is the cause of low self esteem and lack of self love. You have to acknowledge that what you think and feel is very relevant and not ignore how you are truly feeling in your soul. Do not ignore your soul because you came here to create not to blend in. You came here to be your own person with your own unique ideas. Not to follow trends. With that being said meditate and get to know who you are within. When you see a person, nature, a view, a place, food., start asking yourself how you feel about these certain things.. don’t look at how everyone else is feeling.. go within. This will help you gain control over your own mind and spirit. Remember that it’s okay to feel how you feel. You are a one of a kind and it’s okay to have one of a kind feelings. Stay true to yourself!
With personal power comes much responsibility. In regards to whether there are some who desire to be controlled, I wholeheartedly say yes. The path of self awareness requires constant work and personal accountability and it is easier for some to give over their rights and personal power willingly to others because they don't want to do the personal work and they don't want the accountability. I see collective mind control all over but I think the individual mind control is more important in order to keep ourselves free. Many people are lazy to do their research and look deep within themselves because it is easier to follow the crowd without using their own mind-we are programmed by social media,government etc to follow like sheep. I agree at 11:00 mark... i went through several stages of deprogramming... but reprogramming false truth. I was grateful for the knowledge I obtained through these truths but they didn't resonate with me at all. I had to find my own path and take the road less traveled and ive discovered the path to self actualization is an ongoing process. Since we were made in ' HIS ' own image, we posses God like qualities. I believe God blessed us with intuition to help us find our own way and lead us back to him so we can live the quality of life we were meant to have.
Thank you brothers for reminding me what our true natures are. I know have been guided here after consuming alot of things that weren't good for the soul. Thank you for bringing me back to 'self '.

What I do are; I patrol mind which, makes it very difficult for another to try to control I, directly or indirectly. Truth are, there is only One mind, and we All share it.
