I used to be that way too! But as I got older I learned to embrace the vomit! I rarely do but if I feel weird and my mouth starts to water, I head for the toilet, instead of trying to make it go away. I feel better afterwards.
When sick, I usually switch my diet to eating soup or non-oil-type food; I take a hot bath and rest well. That usually means not making my body work too hard. A good walk can be handy even when your body doesn't want to. Happy to see you getting better, and IDK if that's your guy's new home, but congratulation.
I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the 1st 3 months was hell for me. I have extreme morning sickness but I'm glad I'm coming out of it. I'm happy that my favorite youtubers are also pregnant. I feel like I have someone to talk to about my pregnancy journey. :)

Vitamins might not be enough unfortunately, if it gets too low, infusions are the way to go. I felt so much better after mine and it lasts for months to keep your iron level. Take care ❤

I was diagnosed as anemic multiple different times in my life. My friend and her mom had the same problem. We all found out within a few months of each other it was gluten. We stopped eating and I haven’t had to take anything since. Just giving my 2 cents on something that helped me. Also, my friend was diagnosed with celiacs. Simple blood draw. I do not have celiacs. Mine is gluten intolerant. My husbands friend thought it was a fad etc. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my husband get so mad. Once I stopped gluten any time I would have it I would get super bad stomach pains. Like last all night and couldn’t eat the next day type. Anyway, so when my husband explained about me being in massive pain, throwing up when I eat gluten..he finally got it. I do take a product that has helped heal my gut. And it has helped in so many ways! But just wanted throw out something for you to consider.
I got the most severe stomach virus when my first baby was only like 2 months old and it was the WORST not being able to take proper care of her and having to rely on others to do it 🥺🥺 hope you feel better !

Abby you and I are like the sameee!!! And I’m so glad when I’m sick my hubby is like Matt just so caring and there for you! I suffer migraines anemia bad mensural symptoms and don’t eveeeen get me on throwing up my body does not know how to act lol glad you’re feeling better. Ps also look into your protein intake that’s helped me with my migraines also only organic meat and no ibuprofen or harsh food dyes, those I’ve learned set me off! ❤
I was severely anemic when I was in my 20’s and I was completely wiped out. I rarely cry but I would break down every time I had to go to work because I was so exhausted. Being anemic is no joke, when my doctor told me how bad it was she wanted me to go to the hospital but I refused. As I took my iron pills I started feeling better and better and it was glorious. Abby make sure you take your pills so you don’t get sicker. I had to take iron pills for months, I would regularly go get blood tests until I was back to normal.
Abby has been sick a lot lately, has she been to a doctor. She might be run down from to much running around. She might need to rest she is feeding and taking care of Griffin and now the new house. You guys need a relaxing vacation

We're on baby number 2 as well and I get it, this second time has been rough. I've thrown up a few times but mostly just been horribly nauseous and can only eat what sounds good. I'm right around 12 weeks and I am starting to feel a bit better but I still get random nausea. I hope you feel better soon!
Has your Dr told you about Hyper Emesis Gravidarium? My daughter was so sick for her entire first pregnancy. It truly scared me because she wasn't keeping any food down.. I was spooning it off the carpet before I could clean up the puke. Always right after eating.. out it came.. her 2nd pregnancy 5 yrs later was completely different. They say Hyper Emesis is more common when carrying a baby girl. Which was the case for my daughter. With her son.. she wasn't sick like that at all.

Abby,i know how you feel,i also hate throwing up. One time I had a migraine (a migraine is a really bad headache and it hurts really bad)and so my mom gave me some ibuprofen and right after I took it my throat started tightening up and the throw up shot out of my mouth and I threw up in a blanket I was also crying. So your not alone:)

My daughter has problems with getting Iron, she can't take Iron pills. So her hemotologist has her getting Iron infusions. Those really help her alot, hope you feel better.

You made me realize that I am what I am and I cant change that and I just have to accept, and realize all the good parts about me and that we are all just people. I'm borderline anemic. I have to take iron every day, or I get really spacey, dizzy, and tired. 😆 I have learned! When nursing, I remember taking prenatal/multi vitamins and getting blood labs for deficiency checks. Poor darling. Hope you feel better soon!! And hopefully, she can give herself grace. Nursing burns crazy calories and takes away from momma nutrients.

I have a 18 month old that I am still breastfeeding and as they get older they take more from your body but one tip I have learned that works is having Body Armors on deck. The vitamins in them are great for breastfeeding mommas. I have had many days where I didn't prioritize my own health and almost passed out and drinking a body armor first helps a lot and then following with the most nutrient packed meal I can think of. Make sure you are eating nutrient dense foods on the regular it will help!

I had 2 girls and I both pregnancies were similar but not exactly the same, I wasn’t sick with them but Tom nausea, horrible taste in my mouth, eating constantly, super tired but with my first hardly gained weight accept all bump my second I had tons of water gain and started showing at like 9 weeks just bloating but still everyone guessed before I was past 12 weeks. My friend had a girl and was super sick, just depends on you more or less how you carry.

Yes. Vit C helps the body absorb iron. Also if your dr will order it see if your insurance will pay for an Iron infusion to get her levels up faster.

Awww hope she feels better. The nipple shield is the best!! I have a 3 week old and have to use it for a different reason, but highly recommend it!

I'm borderline anemic. I have to take iron every day, or I get really spacey, dizzy, and tired. 😆 I have learned! When nursing, I remember taking prenatal/multi vitamins and getting blood labs for deficiency checks. Poor darling. Hope you feel better soon!! And hopefully, she can give herself grace. Nursing burns crazy calories and takes away from momma nutrients.

I have a 18 month old that I am still breastfeeding and as they get older they take more from your body but one tip I have learned that works is having Body Armors on deck. The vitamins in them are great for breastfeeding mommas. I have had many days where I didn't prioritize my own health and almost passed out and drinking a body armor first helps a lot and then following with the most nutrient packed meal I can think of. Make sure you are eating nutrient dense foods on the regular it will help!
I’m glad she feels better! Was it her iron or magnesium? I am super deficient in Iron and I can say I feel as dead as Abby was feeling! But the pills make me sick and I want to get an iron infusion

Lol I've been terribly sick like all almost 6 months of my pregnancy and I'm having a boy. I heard the girls make you super sick myth but I don't know if it applies to everyone. I'm still spitting every two minutes 😩 so disgusting and doesn't stop till you literally give birth
I had 2 girls and I both pregnancies were similar but not exactly the same, I wasn’t sick with them but Tom nausea, horrible taste in my mouth, eating constantly, super tired but with my first hardly gained weight accept all bump my second I had tons of water gain and started showing at like 9 weeks just bloating but still everyone guessed before I was past 12 weeks. My friend had a girl and was super sick, just depends on you more or less how you carry.
