Nice to see you like your new guitar, Devin Townsend.
LOL I love that joke! It truly never gets old lol
Crushing it!!!
Nice review man! Looks like a killer guitar! 🤟
Awesome guitar and jam!!!! Subbed 🤘🤘
Amazing👏👏👏
So sick man! I'm glad you finally got if after 2 weeks in the customs, bleah!! I'm also waiting on mine, in a few months. Exciting. Is the guitar heavy?
Rather light but solid 💪
So since you have both the NK and Valravn, how would you say they compare? I know both are solid guitars but does the Valravn have much more attention to detail as expected with an instrument of that caliber? And in your opinion, is it worth the price difference in regards to quality? NK doesn’t make 8 strings as we all know so they aren’t an option for that anyway so maybe a Valravn 7 vs NK 7
I sort of answered this a few times now. The NK is a fine playing and sounding instrument and it stays in tune. However, the Valravn is a VERY solidly built guitar and has become my go-to guitar in 90% of my recordings over the last year since getting it. In fact, I have another signature series Valravn being built as we speak. Announcement and review of that in the upcoming months. :D
Can you do a comparison video between the NK guitar and this one? I own an NK 6-string and I love the guitar. My fav things about it is the smooth asymmetrical neck shape and the tuning stability (mine holds tune longer than my more expensive guitars). I noticed you had your NK wailing in the dedicated track you posted awhile ago. However, the Valravn looks sick! My curiosity is in regard to the playability and sound. Also, I dont have a single 7/8-string guitar.
They are both fine guitars but I will say two important things. 1. The Valravn is a solidly built instrument. 2. I mainly play my Valravn now. Those two things are just my subjective opinion and preference 😁👍
planning to buy... just wondering if the fret board is fast enough like Ibanez S671ALB
I'm honestly not sure how to answer that as I don't think fretboards are inherently fast or slow. But if you want to hear how fast I can be in it check out my instrumental Valravn Jam v3 😁👍
Hey there, a few months in after buying this, how is it holding up?
I still absolutely love it. So much I have a custom on order. There were two minor issues that my tech fixed and now it's a beast 💪
Hows it stack vs a strandberg original?
No clue.... never played one 🤣
