As someone who was born and raised here in Hawai'i its really great to see you guys implementing the culture and traditions and most importantly respecting the land and honoring it. So excited to see the renovation, I'll make sure to watch the Ads 🤣 I know its expensive AF here and you gotta get that Adsense check am I right? @@xixibabyyy Kate had expressed that she didnt want that. I read in an blog post on her website years ago that it wasn't her journey at the time due to personal reasons and that's valid! But yes, interesting to hear Joey then talk about a full on ceremony/party now, so who knows!

I was taking a little break from my babies for the duration of this video, laid on my tummy & started crying and my glasses pooled up with tears and I just started laughing alone lmfao im so happy for both of you to be back. As a single, low income mother, yall have really helped me create a beautiful safe space for my babies and I on a budget. Love yall sm 💕

I actually love the green roof. The green blends in well with the lush tropical greenery around. It's also kind of unique and cool. I would leave it!

Why not have a beautiful wedding in Hawaii with all your family at your home once it's finished?! That way you can make some super cherished memories with your loved ones in the home. All of the memories that made you emotional thinking of your past memories can begin with a celebration of love amongst your family!

The house blessing ceremony was so beautiful it made me cry too. It reminded me a bit of how Polish Catholic priests come to your house every year to bless it for the next year. Hawaiian custom is much more elaborate but in Poland, we do it every year so the priest has a lot of houses to visit in his parish.

Have you looked into maybe painting the roof a different color? I don't think it's ugly, by the way. But maybe a fresh look on the existing roof could help you live with it.

Oooooo, Yall should have a wedding bash at the house once you finish the rennovations!! It would be so beautiful and it would be so sentimental. Not everyone will be able to afford going to Europe and having hotels but you could have everyone stay with you or hotel on the beach. Its so gorgeous. ❤

Yes! A wedding would be awesome! You can rent a castle or chateau for the wedding and reception and offen they also have accommodation to stay In for many of the guest.
I'm in the Netherlands and have been to weddings in a windmill! It's alot smaller of a venue but still very nice.
