I haven't seen other channels that create compelling videos like MotivationGrid. How many of you notice the sound effects? For example at 0:20 - this is just outstanding. Thank you for inspiring us to follow our dreams!

Watching this video reminds me of a quote by Tim Ferriss it goes "What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do." There's no right time to quit the job you hate and follow your dream, the time will never be right and as bitter as it sounds you just need to do it.

The greatest thing I fear is having regrets when I die. Don't make the mistake of letting fear stop you. Use it as a motivation and push through it!
P.S. Please help me caption the video - ua-cam.com/users/timedtext_video?ref=share&v=FfK-DPQ5QxA

I'm only 16 and I've started working out about 4 months ago but lately I've been slacking and not being motivated to get my ass up and working out to the fullest, but thanks to this channel I've gotten off my ass and train as much as I can and these videos are so helpful and every morning I wake up with a picture in my head of what I want to look like in the future. All I can say is never give up, and most importantly keep chasing your dreams❤❤❤ I Hope I made someone out there twice as motivated.🤘🤘🤘

Failure is the default outcome. People aren't afraid of failure--they're afraid of SUCCESS because of the RESPONSIBILITY that comes with it!

It is interesting to read the comments and listen to a superficial video. If fear was something that I could control with talk and rationalization, I would not be looking for your solutions that are cheap and useless.
When you come from a negative environment, had a mother that 60 years ago was not diagnosed with mental illness, and had burst of anger toward me; when your father was narcissistic and you did not count with his support growing up, when you have dyslexia with numbers and ADHD and are constantly walking behind to correct and improve reiterations, when moving up is hard really hard, all your mambo jumbo tells me that you really do not know what is to overcome fear.
I have done over and over again, and today, I have to do it again- I have to rent an apartment in NY for my college daughter without any help of an ex. My situation is complicated because I was a housewife and a homeschooler, but I will succeed not because I do not have fear but because I have children and for them, I will climb mountains.
So to all of you there, stop the rationalization, feel the fear and as you walk this difficult new path, little by little you will come to understand that with fear there is no conversation, only action.
Sitting in front of my computer, I start this journey that needs to end with an apartment in NYC by August 1st.
Action, little step by little step, by little step, by little step by…

What Are You Afraid of and Why?
I am afraid of nothing anymore.
In the past, I was afraid not having enough time to complete everything that I wanted to in life.
That passed a long time ago though.
What is there to fear? If we would see the truth, then we would have no fear of anything at all, because we would then see that we are in the hands of the good and benevolent upper force. Also, we would see that we have no control over our lives, and we thus have nothing to fear. In short, we have nothing to be afraid of.

Sorry, but the guy in the middle of this video is installing the wrong message. Or at least he people may misunderstand the message. Don’t fear failure. Fearing failure is what prevents people from taking the action. If you experience failure, you experience what does not work and learn what not to do to move forward. Fearing these mistakes prevent people from taking action to begin with. When experiencing failure you will learn nothing truly prevents you from reaching the goals aside from yourself. Failures are the steps toward success. Fearing short term failure, is fearing long term success.

I'm not trying to be like one of those haters, I just want more help in understanding . If danger and fear are different . Sometimes you fear to do something because of the danger that could arise. Examples , mountain climbing. Sky diving , bridge jumping , etc. I understand dear holds you back but at the same time I didn't understand how in one part of the video it said be fearful of not winning and failing , isn't that because you could possibly see the dangerous of not completing or winning that goal of yours. I totally understand you should not fear and do everything you desire in life but to the point that fear isn't real or a mechanism your mind has to protect I don't get.

    • @dxinupe1911
      @dxinupe1911 6 років тому

@d-muney I believe fear and danger are two different things. Perceived danger is relative to the person. I think cliff diving is dangerous, but a cliff diver might say its perfectly safe and then say that motorcycles are dangerous. A motorcycle owner might say that motorcycles are completely safe and that scuba diving is dangerous. I hope you see where I am going with this. I think the point is that if you fear mountain climbing, sky diving, bridge jumping, etc because of the fact that you could die doing it, then use that fear to make sure if you do it you are completely prepared/over prepared for the task. If you want to sky dive and the recommendation is that you complete 3 simulated sky dives before you do your first live sky dive, then you complete 6 or more because you want to make sure you are ready. It is better to have more training/experience and not need it, than it is to need more experience and not have it. I hope that explanation helped.
