  • ingredients:
    1 cup wheat flour
    1 and 1/4 cup jaggery
    1/2 cup ghee
    some dry fruits
    2 cup water
    cardamom [ optional ]
    take a thick bottom kadai roast wheat flout till aromatic [ 5 to 6 min ] on low flame
    once done , transfer to a plate .
    add ghee roast dry fruits and take out in a bowl
    in the same ghee add roasted flour roast for 5 min till color changes
    meanwhile add cup water and jaggery to boil in another vessel
    once it starts boiling switch off [ you can strain ]
    pour the boiling jaggery water to roasted flour and keep mixing
    gradually flour thickens and starts leaving sides
    at last add dry fruits , mix well [ cardamom can be added ]
    once completely leaves sides , switch off and serve hot or cold
