Printer cannot print and open when the data cable is out of scanner data socket you need to open the printer and bring back the scanner cable because it will not print.

I have E-01 ----Epsom support says its drivers are corrupted by my computer and they wany $100 to fix - - it still has about 1 year of warranty left .
