"what wouldn't you do to save your kid?" Sterling knows that brings back bad memories for Nate and immediately stops Olivia. sterling then acknowledges Nate's team as the only people he could trust to bring his daughter back to him safely. a growing respect is there that culminates in the team's release in the series finale.
I don't know if I'm the only one Leveragefan who adores Sterling in EVERY episode ('evil Nate', thank you so much, Mark Sheppard), but yeah, this episode is absolutely special :)
I like the scene where James hugged his daughter I was like how come she gets to hug him and I don't :( Gotta love Mark Sheppard for his hugs it looked like he gave his daughter a bear hug I love bear hugs :)
Even though i don't like Sterling i think he could tell that Olivia went past a line when she said what wouldn't you do to save your child?, i find that disrespectful considering the fact that if it wasn't for Nate and his team she would of still been with the step dad
Sterling didn't do anything to help Nate with his son and then Sterling lied to nate about saving his daughter. It's just me I think but this scene made me think of Sterling as a hypocrite
Nate calling Sterling 'Jim' here shows that he still holds some degree of friendship with his rival.
I adore Sterling. He's like a big teddy bear. All growly and prickly on the outside, but soft and huggable on the inside.
and a charming backstabbing ass
i always thought of sterling being more of a mix between sterling and crouly from spn

i believe it was also the first time Nate called him Jim instead of Sterling...
The worst part of Leverage Redemption is the missing Sterling character. Mark’s voice is phenomenal.
No Nate
No Sterling
And sadly no Bonanno (his actor died)

Did anyone else notice that it's the first time he admits/says Sterling was his friend before? :D
Inspite of what he says, I think Nate would have helped Sterling if he had told him that Olivia was his daughter. jmo
I think so as well, but I also believe that Sterling wasn't willing to take the chance, however slight, that Nate would refuse him.
I think so too...even Eliot would have agreed, albeit grudgingly.

Sterling better watch out for dentist Elliot
i've always wondered whats sterlings theme music called?
Nice it was nice to see.
I agree.
Yes she is good in this episode.

Sterling didn’t have influence to do anything to help Nate’s son. We see him gain that influence through the first season.
He wasn’t the one in charge of approving loans that would have given Nate the money to save his son. He couldn’t do anything for his son.
