The spellcaster and elderflame as well as the protocal knives are the same price. All are 4950. The latter two are not 4350

i think the knives will always be the best part of super expensive bundles and this is no different. I feel the rest of the bundle is where it falls short, but the knife, if not kuronami tier, is just a step below

better than... protocol knife? wtf? Do people just not know what the protocol knife looks like and acts like? The animations are sick as hell, and it has the unique factor in that it talks to you, which is meh. But this knife doesnt go with the bundle at all, and looks so airy and awful. I legit thought it was a pickaxe knife at first too, then i thought it was a dagger knife, before realizing the animation was different.

@@MetoForLife nearly 20 million players and most of them pay for a battlepass at the very least plus the cost of bundles EVEN if they were only $20-30 would still net them several hundred million dollars every month or so. Think before you bootlick a billion dollar company that doesn’t care about you.
@EliteAsian14 while its true that the game isnt going bankrupt anywhere soon, their price are based on a few thing
1. Csgo is a game of similar styles with knife skins costing thousands $ and some gun skin costing similar. Stepping into such market, riot is working with a player base thats willing to spend that much and make the price feel like a steal to them.
2. Unlike league of legend where playing without skin doesnt really make the game feel less "eye catching" (as all champion are still magical, having skin which change the color or some effect doesnt affect much). Valorant gun without effect drastically change how it feel shooting a bullet, getting kills, inspect and finisher (which btw, theres only 2 bp knife had an interesting animation, no gun have any effect)
3. Unlike the majority of game that made with the intent to shut down after a few years, valorant is made to stay for even 20 years later. So its value more than those game. If some day, riot make skin tradable between account then the price would blow up much more
4. Also unlike other game, riot spend alot on advertising the game. From quality music video, trailers and multiple world tournaments with top tier quality gear for the players.
And another thing is that while their first world scale game league of legend started out small, valorant started out with the same scale as league, theur first world championship was huge!
So yeah, they did spend their money well

1. The argument with CSGO doesn’t really hold up as CSGO skins retain real world value due to their uniqueness and transferability. While I don’t agree with insane skin prices in ANY game i can at least give CSGO that credit because Valorant skins do not hold the same rarity.
2. The idea that skins make you aim better is entirely subjective. The best aimers in the world could top frag with no skin at all. And the excuse that no bp skin has interesting animations ? Whose fault is that? You’re excusing riot for not putting as much effort into their own battlepasses.
3. A guy can dream that one day the hundreds if not thousands of dollars he sunk on skins (literal pixels on a screen) could have some kind of monetary return by means of tradable skins but at this moment in time that’s just copium.
4. I agree with you on this last point to a degree. I am a fan of Valorant Esports as well as the cinematics. I was fine with the price of the team capsule bundles because a portion of those earnings go to the actual teams. but at the end of the day there is no justification for skin bundles costing more than a triple A game. League even introduced a $500 skin. That is straight madness. Riot could still make more than enough money releasing skin bundles for $30 and their most premium for $50. Instead we live in a world where a standard Valorant bundle is $80 while their most premium is well over a $100 (and that doesn’t even include the cost of radianite assuming you’re a causal player who didn’t finish the battle pass and get all your radianite). At the end of the day riot is being greedy and those who defend these prices are simply part of the problem.
@@vuanhuc3582 cs is trsh and their skins only have "value" because ppl only use the skins as gambling and nft chips basically. their useless thousand dollar skins are basically why no one gives a sht about cs at least in NA/USA. unless youre already invested in cs, no sane (casual) player starts playing a game and thinks oh woopie every decent skin costs like $100 each and the knife costs $1000+, im gonna charge my rent money on my credit card to buy it.
it just turns them off that they cant get it and probs move to another game like apex r6 or even valorant because cs's market is mainly used for gambling/lootboxes, pumping and dumping, and money laundering/crypto purposes. steam doesnt care because they profit off it but tbh the cs marketplace isnt guaranteed, it can collapse esp if countries ramp up on lootboxes ban and/or the game starts to die out (fast paced world nowadays, in some years it could be an obsolete game)
