Slower music has often helped me think more slowly and critically, and faster music has often given me more anxiety. I tried looking up "slow piano music" and the pace was still way too fast so it's good to be reminded once again that jazz has the slow end of the spectrum covered.

I like this music too. It has an awesome background with the coffee on a trey but with the ocean slowly moving as the bottom of the trey. It could tone down some of the high piano notes to be more soothing. So, far best one.
