I love you, thank you for making my life easier and clearer. I wish you are my teacher or my brother or my uncle or my neighbor. You explain it so well like I want to solve every conical pendulum problems.
Why friction acts toward the center for a car moving in a circular motion? Is it to counter the tangential velocity effect on the car? Thanks Intuitively The car has the tendency to centrifuge away and the friction between the road and the tires acts toward the center to counter the tendency of the car to centrifuge out at every instant.
Is that a transmission device making a right angle with r? Obviously there is a lot more going on with this demonstration @ patrickJMT, care to elaborate? Never mind, you clearly said the string is attached to a ceiling. My bad.
I doubt he is prepared to answer that. Unless he is studying some aspect of mechanical- engineering or mechanical-propulsion-engineering. Then again what do I know. The guy comes off talking like some kind of intellectual.
hello.. I love your work and I want to make some videos like them for some juniors in my university.. I wish that you give some advice and also I want to ask you programs and equipment you use in your videos.
Out here saving my Ap physics grade
This is AMAZING! I really struggled a lot to understand this concept, but here it explains so well! I finally got this! Thank you so much!
As a Civil Engineering student ,I really appreciate this video, because it clear now how the formula derived from.
I haven’t been in classical physics for a few years, but it’s still nice to keep some of the theory fresh!
Is there a lesser kind of physics in the classical sense?

Thank you. This video helped me understand and reconcile the normal (planar) pendulum formula along with the conical pendulum.
Thank you very much for the explanation. this video helps me to do my lab report.
Beautiful.
Good job Patrick 👏👏. Do it continuesly😊👍
Excellent& Great🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I enjoyed this presentation.

Very helpful, thanks
thank you so much!!!! really helped my grade
Respected Sir,
A suggestion,
Please include animation also. Because your representation developed from paper to screen.
animation can be tricky and time consuming. not sure if jacob knows how to do it (i, personally do not)
I have seen animation on other channels, not necessarily better explanation.
This video was great
this is perfect!
thank you so much
Thank you

I can see myself acing the assignment that I was given a week ago.
Good luck! :)
thank you
could you please explain more about the calculating the velocity of the system sir
You're a god
Can you determine the aplications for this lesson mister

How can I practise it in my life Mr?
Now that is the question this problem was not prepared to answer.
Your awesome
🎉
Alaa ahmed@
You messed up with r. You forgot to keep it squared. After that it fell apart
Very helpful, thanks
Thank you
