Q22 there is a much better method that we can draw the s-t graph of leopard wrt the deer( using the given conditions ) and use that the final speed must become zero or negative exactly when the distance covered is 48m(relative to deer ) which will also give vmin= 17m/s
Similar idea was also used in Q23
