      I'm not sure what you mean by this ~ do you not think that understanding anatomy is useful for yoga teachers (or anyone working with the physical body)?

      @@RachelScottYoga Sorry, no offence. I just think yoga is a very personal thing where one has to discover the truths for oneself. By quiet practice. But I guess people do teach and learn differently.
      And you have a great yoga body! So you must be doing things correctly!😊

      @@the_good_citizen thank you for clarifying ~ there are many different kinds of practice for many different kinds of humans. 👍🏻I’m not interested in having a “great yoga body” ~ flattering as that could sound or be intended ~ I do yoga because it makes me less crazy and more kind. 💗With appreciation ~
