Pero kung ang tanong mo ay paano kapag may GCF yung perfect cube, then kailangan mo magdalawang factoring. Mag Common Monomial Factoring ka muna tapos tsaka mag Sum and Difference of Two Cubes.

Hindi na yun nilalagay. Kapag number ang gagawan natin ng square, kailangan natin yun na isolve.
Yung 12^2 ganto ang mangyayari.
12^2= 12×12 = 144
144 na ang ilalagay. 🙂

In that case dalawang factoring method ang gagawin. Una, you have to oerform Common Monomial Factoring. Tapos after nun, saka ka mag Sum and Difference of Two Cubes. 😉
