For the last one I made a thin cake from a box mix and a cream cheese strawberry filling and it was SO GOOD. and while I was eating for the cake to bake I ate a whole plate of the ham and turkey pinwheels and they were so delicious. They do. Sometimes the tomatoes and veggies can make the tortillas a little soft after a day or two, but I don’t mind that. You can always remove the seeds to help reduce the moisture in the veggies or leave the tomatoes out altogether.
I can’t wait to try these. I agree pinwheels are the best. When I saw the preview I was wondering how you made the desert pinwheels. I was thinking those look like they would be time consuming. 🥹 O my. I was wrong. What a great and easy idea!!
For as long as I can remember, I've used the little card the strawberry shortcake rolls come on to cut the cakes into bite sized pieces for myself. I just thought it was a fun way to eat them. I never considered slicing them up for gatherings. That is pretty clever, thanks for the idea! :) Oh, and I love the veggie pizza as well. I'm definitely going to be making them in pinwheel form soon. Thanks again. :)

Thanks!! It depends on which kind you make. If there’s anything with moisture (cream cheese, tomatoes, etc), I’d say a day or two.
Pesto would be good as a base, maybe mixed in with the cream cheese.
