The term you are referring is actually flex fuel powered ICE, not a hybrid.

Great explanation. I have a question. In case of full hybrid - vehicle will run completely in battery in slow speed. Consider the battery is down (we ran many km in slow speed), vehicle will be running in petrol? or we can't move the vehicle until battery is charged? How this is being controlled?
