    Short answer. Yes, totally.

The people in the commercial probably don't have drivers licenses let alone the means to own and operate a Jaguar.

I don't expect much from the car unveiling this week. It will be sleek and shiny and cool-looking. But Jaguar ain't cool no more

Jaguar are not Bentley or Aston Martin and certainly not Rolls Royce. Really what JLR need to do with J was to make great cars that had no issues (like the iPace did with the recalls). My reaction is the capitalised "GU" stands for "Gay-Up", they doubled down on in the choice of the 2 most GU colours, choosing the Marketing GU to present the new brand using deep radicalised LGBT+ language. This campaign is the perfect opportunity for the ZegMonster's "weird weird" comment.

They copied Bud Light!! They are now exposed to be selling 'woke' ideology, which is being universally rejected across the globe, instead of selling reliable, powerful cars. If they had rather focused on reimagining the car itself and selling that new car idea, they would likely attract more customers across many ideologies. They have lost me for sure! I loved Jaguar before this ad came out.

Jaguar did NOTHING original here. They copied EVERYTHING! Somebody got paid way more than they're worth for this campaign.
