I noticed that your sample invoice has three lines of quantities, but only two lines of descriptions. Couldn't you setup a formula that checks all lines of the invoice to ensure that they are complete and provide a single cell with a True or False for the macro to check?
Yes you could do that quite easily, either with a formula or VBA or a combination of both. I was probably testing the workbook and forgot about the third line - complete typo on my part, which really shows the importance of the feature you're talking about. To do what you're saying, I'd probably make a hidden column that has custom formulas that check each row and return True/False and then a single cell at the bottom that checks if any rows returned "False" using the AND() function and then name that cell and check it from the code.
