It's built in an ideal position but clearly needs modernising and updating. It looks tired and dated. The kitchen and bathrooms need ripping out and replacing. For the asking price of 600,000 Euros, you would expect this to have been done.
Greek real estate and property owners are in an ideal position to overtake Spain as the number one place where UK, USA and European buyers want to buy.
They should learn from Spain who were too bureaucratic and then became too greedy, asking ridiculously high prices that nobody was interested in.
France has higher quality properties at cheaper prices.
Also look at countries on the border of Greece that still have the warmer climate but cheaper prices.
