Suzanne Vega is a great lyricist. If you play your songs with such simple backing, you elevate the importance of the lyrics. She is a great storyteller and her first few albums in particular are peerless.
Masterpiece. I love her! One of the most amazing story tellings. She has a way with words... The way you guys looked at each other when the soldier told the queen that he wanted to love a young woman he did not U de stand was priceless. Thank you for that.
Amazing song, awesome lyrics!...... at the start, as soon as Suzanne Vega sings, how they both stop everything, look up and listen, you know the song is going to be a great story-telling event! Love these guys, love the song even more, their reaction throughout, especially Sori, and towards the end, the ‘twist’ in the tale/song lyrics, they’re reaction is how I did!, .....first time I heard this song blew me away!!! Great job guys, thanks for sharing this amazing song!🙂👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎶❤️x
You gotta love someone who can sing about such diverse subjects as blood pressure, a haunted French hotel room, unwanted pregnancy, child abuse or a New York market.
It's def worth a full reaction! Suzanne Vega is one hell of a singer & song writer and still going strong. Just saw her live a couple of years ago. This one is IMO one of the most disturbing once. However, she has much more of this deep stuff. Her most popular one probably being "Luka" - very disturbing too. Now let's get back o Jinjer (which I just saw 2 days ago) :)
I got to see her do this wondrous song, at Passim's, Harvard Square, around the time it came out. Allen Ginsberg read poems there around that time too. Heady times. Also check out her "Left of Center", and "Small Blue Thing"...as well as others mentioned below. Great review y'all. Hope ya do more of her.
I'm telling you everybody check out the band Flymore if you like the band Korn and you haven't been happy with them since at least the early 2000s check Flymore they are a Korn rip-off technically I guess from Russia but they are great and I think that VIN should totally check them out let's get this happening man check out Flymore and let's get them to react to it come on guys let's do it

Yep. A stare full of love. And her eyes are like Kirstie Alley's. Beautiful!

brilliant song, brilliant artist, she's very original
My favourite Suzanne Vega song. Stunning!
I loved the startled look on both your faces as you started to listen to this masterpiece.
This one's one of my favorites. It hit all the beats I want, in fantasy, then blasts it with the final beat.
Great song by an important artist
Suzanne Vega doesn't get 1/10th of the respect she deserves for her talent.
It's such a sad story. One of her best.
Whole album is a 10. I listened to the CD in my car almost exclusively for nearly two years. Check out Neighborhood Girl.
This is my fav song from the LP. Every song on it is top class.
this song is truly amazing

Love Luka :-)
Heartbeaking like life itself
My FAVORITE!!

If you haven't heard Luka by suzanne, you need to. Incredible song.
Suzanne's the absolute best. Thanks.
Vega said some people as her why the song doesn't have a happy ending. She said she just has to laugh.
One of the greatest story tellers she is Suzanne..
It looks like Soris Birthdat party ended early at 5.09.....I think this is a great song about Romance being an ideal and not always a reality.
0:04 Isn't that Alex Hefner?
This song only heightens my belief that monarchy's should be abolished... The more things change the more they stay the same!
you seemed to like it, pity so few suggest the really heavy weird shit.
Suzanne Vega did a haunting song called Lula. Please react.
Luka*
Music typo
please a reaction to SUZANNE VEGA-LUKA
Septic flesh virtues of beast!
Power Trip - Divine Apprehension
Power Trip - Hornet’s Nest
Power Trip - Crucifixation
You need to check out the remix to this song...it's a classic and the version Suzanne Vega performs live.

Suzanne Vega may not be a great vocalist but a great lyricist for sure. Her 1992 album 99.9F is a masterpiece.
Not a great vocalist? In what way? She's an excellent singer and her New York accent gives her a really distinctive delivery.
hello there, i think it's too late, but can you react to a Nine Inch Nails song cover called Closer by Asking Alexandria?)
try Luca
Try Lilly Allen Its not Fair
I'm sad...
Watch The Corners -Dinosaurs Jr
this is a very cynical song.
That could be a Pink Floyd track.
