I’ve entered flow state a lot as I used to play a lot of street ball and futsal before moving to actual football and now that I’m In college the one thing that I’ve realized about flow state is that you need to believe that you are capable of being the best on the pitch, regardless of whether you actually are or not but this belief is not done through active thinking, its done through a passive manner. You do this by gettin the ball and forgetting that there are others who might be better than you and just play, when you do this, the game actually does slow down in ur head.

Started improving speed and jumping and it took like 4 months to really see the difference like my speed was faster my jump was higher which just made me get motivated to do more things like being stronger like having a stronger core better posture and how to run like a sprinter

I don’t know but one match I played phenomenal going past players and cutting inside and timing the skills perfectly and this moment I think where I entered the flow state because when I tried to dribble I got tackled but then the ball was on the air of my back so I didn’t know why i standed up and went to the ball and got from somebody(opponent)and then I was dribbling and cutting the defense into pieces and then I shot and it went in and it secured our win with 1-0

I've entered flow state consistently without even knowing it was a thing, my skill level and senses sharpened to the maximum of my potential, and sometimes without thinking, I would notice what my opponent was trying to do, and react immedietly with explosive speed, when i was pressed inbetween two defenders jockeying me, i ran up close to them and once they made a move, (which they made an accidental mistake by going for the ball at the same time) I used the split second of time that i had to do a skkill move and i did a step over and ran past them with my speed, and also, once your in the state, your completely focused, once you start thinking of something else during the state, it completely goes, which is why meditation and managing dopamine is a complete NECESSARITY if you want to hit flow state consistantly. so to sum it up, when your in flow state, if you look back and realise (man i was in flow state cooking absolutely everybody) you cant remember what you thought that moment. and the dopamine managing that you should do, it comes in handy with adrenaline, if your a real baller, once your in flow state with your dopamine levels perfect, its like your on adrenaline, because u cant stop running, and you dont feel tired, and you repeat it again and again and again, until yu get distracted again. so yea. this is to sum up how i feel during flow state (which i somehow achieve every day despite playing fortnite for 2hrs then playing xd.

omg flow state... the first time i genuinually felt flow state was a week ago or so, and I'm trying to regain it but its hard, that day I stepped on the pitch the first half of the game, played normally simple passes to gain confidence then after that, boom flow state immediately came and I swear on my Mothers life you just go flawlessly all what works is instinct and literally dribled through every single defender so simple I swear to God I didn't even realize it, it was like I was on autopilot, just a character being played as FIFA player by a professional FIFA25 player...
