Your church looks so lovely and peaceful. We go to the Catholic cathedral here in Norwich and I always think smaller churches have such a special charm.
We are very lucky, it’s very old and small and just beautiful 😘
Another lovely vlog Belinda, you live in such a pretty place. Menopause is horrid, I didn't get offered hrt patches, we seem to have a shortage here in NZ, so had to do it 2ithout, luckily it is diminishing at last.

Thank you, Belinda. I was wondering, while watching, whether round dishcloths keep their shape any better than square ones? My square cloths always end up such a funny shape once they’ve been used a few times! 😂 And you are right - it does us so much good to focus on the little things. x

The best thing to take for hot flushes is Sage Capsules from Holland and Barrett. Also for brain fog Rosemary Capsules and aches and pains try Turmeric again in capsules. Take one per day of all three. 😊

I could almost smell your quiche, it looked delicious 😋. We put up with so much don’t we at a certain age, but I’m 73 so thankfully well past what you are going through 😊

@Belleandstitch. Nettles can't be used once they begin flowering. Ours just have in our garden, but you could substitute those for something else or just make Dandelion ones, or add any type of soft fruit etc. It's a lovely base muffin recipie ♡ your quiche in this video looked so good!

Hello there.just wanted to share something sweet . Our grandad Eden Rose watches your channel with me. We watch you at the weekend at bedtime together . Your voice is so soothing and gentle . We're going to menorah for two weeks and she's told me when I watch your blog I must think of the two of us watching together and remember her bless her heart she's 9 years old her favourite blog is the one where you share your lovely gifts and things your brought at the yarn fare thank you for so much x

I'm turning 56 in June so I know all about hormone issues too 🤦♀️ ... I just wanted to say that my doctor told me that the liver is crucial for menopause. It deals with all our sort of "used" hormones I think. So my doctor said keeping my liver clean and healthy is vital.... sadly that means drinking lots of water but herbal tea works too. I hope that can help a bit and I hope you're feeling better. 😊💗

Hello Belinda, another nice vlog. Just discovered you lately, and I am binge watching your channel. I love the background music so calming. I retired last year and have just found knitting and crocheting again, have had a lot of frogging, but some success. Hope you don't mind me asking what made you choose magic loop for socks, I have tried dpn's but not for me take care. Ps my son went to Farnham University to, he's 30 this year now
