Chris doesn't get enough credit. There's a reason why 2 out of every six or so songs you hear on the radio contains a Chris Brown feature. Clearly the hardest working entertainer in the game. They don't make nearly as many songs, but Mars does everything CB does related to music minus the rapping, but plus playing multiple instruments. The Weeknd and Mars perform A LOT MORE shows than CB, so they are incredibly hard-working as well. CB has solidified his spot as #3, i don't think he can surpass The Weeknd or Mars at this point.

I love Chris and I love Michael but I think people who say Chris is the MJ of this generation don't have a realistic grasp of Michael's contributions to the world of entertainment and music and short films. Michael gave birth to all the entertainers of this generation. His international influence is unparalleled. No matter where you go, people everywhere know him and his dance moves, his songs. He single-handedly molded what an entertainer should be. He set the bar so high that Chris and many others see him as their goals. He was one of the few artists who broke the racial barriers and brought people from all around the globe together. Michael was the king of pop when he was 29. His album was/is the biggest selling album of all time. No matter where he went men and women from all ages would faint watching him do his things. His influence on pop culture and music is unmatched. Saying he's the MJ of this generation shows how MJ is the definition of what an entertainer should be and what you want him to be, and tbh is ignoring him as an individual. Chris brown is the Chris brown of this generation. And I'm sure he would agree too.❤
