losing packages is something normal in ship7, refund is impossible.
نصاااابين, حراميه, انصح اي مستخدم عربي بعدم التعامل مع ship7, او التعامل معهم بحذر, او عند الضروره.
شحنتي وصلت الى مخازنهم حسب تقرير نضام التتبع وهم يدعوا انها ماوصلت. يعني حرااااميه ومايستحوا
