For the price and what comes in the box, I believe it's pretty good. And eliminate the need to have cables all around the house I guess. Here they are selling a package for $272 so it's not that expensive. Only thing Im still wondering is how far the camera could be from the NVR box, but still good I guess.

No it does not have audio or sound.
How do you do playback videos
Just like any DVR, you right click on the screen view and will give you option for playback then login with your password to get in and do the playback.

You may use any small tv or pc monitors. Use your smartphone also.
How can I add second smart phone?
Ypu can only use one account and install the app on the second device then you scan the bar code on the dvr there is qr code when you turn the dvr ON.
How to apply reset? I don't have the admin password.
Click on retrieve password when you try to log in, then you will get a random code. Email NGteco support and provide the code.
Can i add a hdd in order to record ? it is easy?
Yes you need hdd to record and super easy to i stall. It is plug and play.
Do the cameras have to be connected to the NVR?
Cameras are wirelessly connected to the NVr. The nvr will be connected to the wired network.
@@Matinikk so the Nvr is connected by cable to the network, it does not connect through WiFi?
@@alfrecletero yes nbr has to be wired to the router then the cemeras are wirelessly connected to the nvr.
