Hey there! Great video. I was just wondering... why does adding gaussian blur to the high pass layer cause the skin texture to become more rougher instead of softer? I am so confused.

Thanks for your Query.
As the layer is inverted initially therefore if you use anything here will work negative. Like, if you use Gaussian blur here, the more you increase the value the less will it. hope you understand.
Here, as the Gaussian blur value is not zero therefore it rougher the result. More you increase the value, it will rougher more.

When I'm edit pics in my laptop pass throw photoshop and lightroom clasic.. After complete the work when share pic in my mobile saturation lights and temp show more

Actually Mobile screen DPI is always higher than laptop screen DPI.
Therefore it boost up the color.

depends as you desire. Just make the layer as smart object so that you can change the value later and check by giving different value.

It is for skin softening with skin texture.
