I enjoy your cooking so much! I try some of your recipes whenever I can! First one i tried was your first egusi recipe where you fired the egusi first and i can beat my chest and say that was the first time I properly made a nice and tasty egusi. Then i started boiling my tomatoes, peppers and onions before blending and slow cooking my stew. Next recipe I tried was Florence rice and I and my brother loved it! I think the next i would be trying is one of your bread toast recipe, maybe the avocado one

For instance, try to put in spices that will make your oil nice and fry for 5 mins to activate the scent profile, cooking is just about introducing ingredients to one another at the right time, and letting them get to know each other on low heat, it’s pure magic, you just have to give yourself a chance to experience it. ❤❤❤
