Solo Roland also work perfectly against her just make sure to pick Learning Abnormalities page to counter her 20-30 Page.

Solo Binah also work good. She can just ignore 20-30

@@purboyoananda Binah has a very high resistance to Slash (Endured for HP, and Ineffective for Stagger), which is majority of Kali's Moves, especially the special ones, plus being a solo Binah means that also limiting a total damage count to less than 40 from a get-go, means if that the Red Mist's Stagger Resist just lose 40% of it maximum each time she can't racks up damage up to 40 in a single scene, she'll suffers.
