“I believe that you deserve to hear the good, the bad, the ugly, all of it,” Richardson said during today's video. "We are doing the best we can in a system that is set against the state. It just is. We do the best we can, especially in these cases where there is a loss of life. We do understand that somebody has lost their life and that somebody needs to pay for it.”
