As someone who has contact with a few Rocket League players, I can 100% confirm, although RL doesn't really have a meta/balancing to complain about (usually) so it's exclusively directed at teammates.
When your genre is as complicated as the moba genre, it's impossible not to have doomed games. But if we (complainers and flamers all) were good enough and didnt want to deal with bad teammates, we'd be playing StarCraft2 or something else in the RTS genre lmao
