It slows time based on visibility. If you can see or be seen by someone slow you are slowed. If you're behind a wall or somewhere else on map you are not slowed.
thinking would third person also work ?.. like you can swap between first and third and have both feel great.. think its giving me ghost recon future solider vibes but its way cleaner think to all the money you will make off of skins with third person alone gameplay wise if you haven't id suggest playing division 1s survival it could give you alot of valuable ideas on stuff like environmental hazards, loot focus, grounded tacticool.. you could have an extraction style gamemode +round based elim +6v6 TDM i do feel this game has something worth building off of (i dont know who is working on the game nor any of the background behind the game but i understand with projects like this you are better off starting small alot of what i just suggested is kinda worthless right now.. you would be better off getting this into player hands as soon as possible and then get investments and interest to back you so you can go bigger.. if its just 1 guy making this you could have an actual team and funding with you having creative control *if you can show players have invested interest in the game something like 2 million downloads and 10k concurrent* what ill say is i have no idea how servers work so 🤷 i just understand a game like this i likely a passion project) please dont take anything i said as an insult, where its coming from is genuine interest in what has been made here.

Yeah, the POV is stuck in place, otherwise it would induce motion sickness to a degree.
