So there’s really not much difference to what a class who earns all golden brushes and a class that earns none get on ketchup and pickle days? I am interested in implementing something along these lines so thanks for any advice.
Yes, everyone gets the ketchup/pickle day regardless of the brushes earned. However, better behaved classes have less work to ketchup on and more of the class time that week for free time. Classes with more behavior issues must finish the work before their free time starts.
My happy/sad board is at the front of my room so it is visible where we line up and students can see me walk over and add a point. I’ve seen some teachers use table top easel wipe boards and move it around the room. Thanks for watching!
