I'm so sorry about all this nonsense with FG, Alex, and James. Alex was out for revenge, and it is so disappointing to me how he acted. I think Alex is basically a decent man, so somewhere inside, it has to bother him how he has acted. It was NOT being a journalist, it was petty payback on Norm, pure and simple. I just watched the GC 50th episode again, and Alex and James really did have a connection. The funny thing, James and FG are so much alike, and have so much in common, they should have been able to work something out. James has changed so much, and wants to make a difference, this nonsense really got in the way with his new purpose. So many of us truly love James, and want nothing but the best for him. I hope he can realize how many of us are behind him, and on his side. James has made so many sacrifices for those he loved - from driving weekly from Vegas to take his grandfather to dialysis, to moving back to Compton to take care of his mother at the end of her life, to stepping up and getting his grandson to keep him out of the system. So caring and compassionate. Not a lot of men would do all that. And the biggest thing of all - James stopped the cycle of abuse in his family. That is huge!! His own children did not have to suffer the way he did, because he made that happen. I want him to be successful, and I wish him peace.
There is a lot more to it you don't know about Mob James said some really messed up stuff about Alex and his family after he saw the first FG interview. FG just stated the facts of the case and Mob James wasn't happy and started attacking Alex and saying all this messed up stuff so Alex went and got paperwork and talked to the lawyers involved in the case to make sure the proof was there so James couldn't deny it because James was calling him a liar.
