I absolutely love Disney, don’t get me wrong. But her voice would do better with a different style of animation. I think the Disney 3D animation doesn’t do justice to her presence, if that makes sense. I imagine her more in a stop-motion or hand drawn animation.

I'm imagining Anna and Elsa's mother in singing this in the spirit world, and unbeknownst to her she's the secret siren hearing her own voice as an echo from the past reminding her that she must get her daughters to right the old wrong.
It's weird but this song could have easily been an aurora's composition. She sings like she really feels every inch of the song, every little note has its importance in her voice, every word is sincerily meant. Moreover, the song talks about something we know and we love within Aurora. The need the flee to a more beautiful place, different and purer than our world but also the voice that says that she is stuck in her humain being state and that her place is with the people she loves. But how can we love if there is always a part of us that hides, if we cannot be truly ourselves because we have an animal or just different soul than others? That's the chalenge of Aurora and of everybody who feels like her, to try to balance all that and live with it. This constant fight that the song is just talking about!

When I heard that Aurora was doing a song for Frozen 2, this is what I was *actually* excited for, and I am not disappointed
her voice, the melodies are just so clean, so pure, so delicate and beautiful like snowflakes. gosh it should be the lullaby that the queen used to sing for anna and elsa when they were a child.
I already know the song, and I love the original version.
But why just listen to the "Into the unknown" start to cry? Her voice is magical, ethereal, it connects you with your soul and nature, it is impossible not to feel a warm hug to the soul with her voice and sounds. Just, amazing, perfect.

I love the PATD! Version but God damn it! This fits the the theme of the movie better 😭😭 if this played in the end credits with the effects of like frost covering windows or leaves and stuff!! I often like to randomly wonder what songs would sound like if Aurora was singing them instead, and somehow, almost with all genres I can imagine SOMETHING that she would do with it to make it not only amazing but hers. The first time I heard of AURORA was when one of her songs popped up in the sidebar of my screen. At first I didn't think much of it, I thought it was just another artist who pretty much sounds the same as everyone else. This is the first song I'v heard her sing. I had no clue how much of this amazing talent I was missing.
