      Hello, to be able to apply, you need to meet the following requirements:
      1) Sufficient knowledge in textile technology and textile chemistry: at least 60 credits (or their equivalent) were achieved in the field of textile technology and at least 20 credits (or their equivalent) were passed in (textile) chemistry.
      2) GPA (German System) 2.50 (if your GPA 3.08 is in German system, then unfortunately you can not apply)
      3) IELTS min 6.5
      4) German A1

    What about job placement ? In textile field will it be very tough for getting a job by studying sustainable textiles ?

      Hello, for any future applicants, these are the application documents/procedure.
      Application Documents
      Previous degree certificate.
      Language proof (see language requirements).
      Copy of your ID or passport (Non-EU applicants).
      Current CV.
      Motivational letter (only required for specific programs - see application portal).
      Preliminary review document (VPD) by uni-assist.
      Applicants who gained their higher education entrance qualification in the following countries must submit their certificates to the academic evaluation center (APS) before applying at Hof University: China, India, Mongolia, or Vietnam. Please note that applicants from those countries cannot be admitted without the required APS certificate and must also submit the APS certificate when applying for a visa at a German embassy.

      Hi! So this can be done a couple of ways: of course, if your university has some sort of "class rank" or equivalent honor visible on your diploma, transcript, or some other document which proves your class standing in the top 30% (or better) of your class, then this is quite easy. Otherwise, the university will likely determine this based on your cumulative GPA once converted into the German system. Each university, and indeed each program, gets to decide for itself what counts as "top 50%", "top 30%", etc., but a converted grade of 2,0 or better on the German scale is very likely to satisfy this requirement, and perhaps even a tad lower (2,1 or 2,2, for example, may still count).
