Can we give Chizo the biggest respect applause going !!!!!!
People talking fear of losing their mother and here is Chizo being soo quiet and respectful !! Almost shed a tear
“Those who Carry the most pain don’t speak on it, but support others “ what a respectful guy
His mum raised him right and will be proud of him

6:05 yes, but this is running away from the problem, that's why you are not worried/stressed about the problem. Some problems you cannot run from you have to face head on. Thats where the stress can come in.

17:22 You can't expect a woman to behave like a man & vice versa. So if a woman is in a state of panic & you offer a solid solution, it's not realistic of you to expect her to immediately calm down. You gotta give her space to be emotional.

Also why can’t you just adjust your behaviour to help your partner ? Regardless if it’s logically or not loool

That’s what guys need to understand, women move off emotions they ain’t wired to be logical like us

Nothing wrong with getting stressed and feeling the emotion. It’s ok to take it all in before moving forward and having a solution. We are Human

Stress is an emotion that comes & goes. It's not something you can DECIDE not to have

  • @michael43567

being stressed doesn't mean you're not also looking for a solution. Anyone that does coding can probably relate to this

It's literally an emotion that anyone can feel. These man are moving like your finished the moment you acknowledge that you're streesed

@BobCatta agreed. Also laughing at the idea of a man opening up to other men in a gc. As if opening up equates to crying. EVEN IF he's crying, I don't see the problem. He most likely doesn't cry often, that's how most men are.

I used to have this stoic mentality, until I met a few gyaldem and if there was a problem I would be like stop worry blabla until one told me, “ because it’s not a big problem to you,it is to someone else” I felt like a mug because I have always measured my pain growing up as measurement to others, which made me hella ignorant
      It’s ok to be sympathetic

    • @michael43567
      @michael43567 12 днів тому +1

@ I had it too. I used to think it's weak for a man to cry. But that's nonsense, we're humans with emotions. Even if a man cries every month, that alone doesn't inherently make him weak. If he has integrity, works hard & provides for his family, I'd still class him as a "real man" (whatever that means)

@@michael43567 men cry everyday in family court, prisons, loved ones passing away and children hitting milestones
      They were wrong on this

11:43 this is disingenuous af. GENERALLY, yes. But it's nowhere near as black & white as he's describing. We (men) aren't robots. And as Gabriel pointed out, emotion isn't just crying. Anger is an emotion too & we definitely express that emotion as much (maybe even more) than women.

Where they’re talking about fashion at the end. Refreshing to hear the chap talking about expressing himself with his outfits cause he couldn’t really when growing up

Interesting discussion. A lot more analysis needs to happen. All the negative things can't be feminine. A lot of men were never given the tools to process their emotions (especially without comparing it to women), and just end up supressing their emotions, then it blows up in other places. I highly recommend going to therapy, or at least finding some support somewhere. We're all human brothers, its okay to be vulnerable - you just need to find that place where you can be.

Boost & Wes were on point with the critical thinking point from 23:50. It seemed like the notion of what was "feminine/immature/emotional", was brought up more so just to cumulatively highlight the antithesis of stoicism in those scenarios, which doesn't really have 1 clear definitive word for it. It's all making sense though 😅

  • @michael43567

10:40 nothing wrong with that. I don't see what the pushback is for a man to share a problem in a groupchat with his friends. There's nothing wrong with being each other's support system. (And let's not be extreme in taking this as a man crying & complaining over every little thing)

You know the mandem are very logical but it’s one thing to talk about with cool heads and there is another thing to experience. Man can be emotional in different ways. One is anger, another is drinking, another is actually taking on the issue. Or even worse harbouring and building a business case to do the madting later lol

The car example wasn't good. In theory, yes, you've already crashed the car & complaining does nothing. But they defo have the right to give you an earful because you've just compromised maybe their main mode of transport. And fyi, their insurance will STILL go up even though the accident was your fault.

Emotional men translates to school shooters, men who hit women, men who end up in prison because of ego, men jealous of their boy caise hes doing better etc. All these are not what you wanna be as a man
