i think this is because the photobook is meant for the whole album and not just for one song. if they did that then the concept would match lsg but not hylt or ice cream

Almost every kpop groups include their concept photos in the photobook. Just like Blackpink "Kill This Love". The outfits in the photobook were from the MV.
If they don't wanna do that. They can try like SEVENTEEN's An Ode. It didn't include anything from one song/MV, but all versions have a very different concept that represents the album itself.

I’m the same too, there’s no kpop shops for me. But Kpoptown is one of the best websites to buy moderately cheap albums. I think they ship worldwide.

I only bought two but ended up with all 4 versions thanks to my family. Lol but my luck was terrible. I got 3 sets of Jennie duplicates and one set of Rosé duplicate. I really want that Lisa duplicate postcard. that's my favorite Lisa look from this album. Also, I'm a bit sad we didn't get pink hair Rosé in the photobooks.

I literally got every member for the postcards and photo cards. Like one album had two Lisa’s for the postcards but just different photo shoots. Then for the photo cards I got two Jennies and the same photo shoot. The same for the second album. The postcards I got two Jennie, different photo shoots. Then for the photo cards I got two Rosé, same photo shoot. SAME FOR THE THIRD ALBUM. I got two Jisoo postcards, different photo shoots. The photo cards I got two Lisa, same photo shoot. ALSO, yes.. you guessed it.. THE SAME FOR THE FOURTH ALBUM. I got two Rosé postcards, different photo shoots. Then for the photo cards I got two Jisoo, same photo shoot. I also got the same two group posters from the same photo shoot but different pose lmao.

I loved the photobook of version 1, especially because of Lisa's amazing outfit! Also, the photobook of version 2 is really nice and fresh!
But I like more the package of version 3 and 4, I love the glossy finish of the box, so I don't know which one to buy :( and tbh I didn't like so much the photobooks 3 & 4, they're like, not my style

I was expecting something more glamorous for the photobook, it is their first album and instead of having artistic photos, they sound like photos from a fashion magazine. I wouldn't stay from this if it weren't for the price. They could have had artistic backgrounds, better makeup, and costumes to match each other rather than look for a fashion walk. I'm a little disappointed

I bought ver 2 because of the packaging, I don't really love it's photobook though, but at the end of the day how often do you look through a photobook? bc I bet the album will be on display so just roll with what you think would look better in your room/aesthetic :)
I have version 3 and I love the photo book so much lol and I love all the photo cards. It’s really up to you for me the photo book it’s more important than the cover of the album I’m talking about the box.

you hit it right on the head. Version 4 packaging is clearly the best, but version 3's contents are the best. I got version 3 because the black color fit with my room, and it was more special than just the matte black in ver 1
