I purchased a BlueStar AC from its official website on 21 April. Last one month I am chasing them for 80 months warranty certificate and they do not respond to emails. It is just for marketing and they do not honour it. Their installation service is pathetic. Technician tries to steal spare parts from customer and no bill provided for charges. AC built quality looks cheaper than LG. No way to reach customer service or escalate. Before buying try to make a call on their customer service number to talk to an agent and it will not let you go out of ivr options. I suggest buy from LG or Voltas.

@@BlueStarIndiabluestar is the worst brand in the earth belive me it is the brand which is not having even good technician and it's product are very very bad and unreliable and please do not take bluestar product Because I am having bluestar ac from 4 months but not even a single day it worked well I am facing problem to replace it by a new piece but the customer support service of bluestar is worst in the earth it is the tatti brand bluestar is really a guustar .Lg , samsung are the much better brand than bluestar . bluestar products are worst please do not buy bluestar ac or any of the product of bluestar brand
Recently I purchased an AC from blue star, but its cooling system doesn't work properly. Complained 3 times, but the problem never resolved.. The technician recently came was arrogant rude and unmannered. I hope my issue get resolved shortly. Expect timely and mannered service from a reputed company.

40 days of buying brand new window ac, not able to run it for atleast a minute,(fan,blower,motor replaced (no timeline to resolve the issue) and the best part is no one from bluestar thinks of resolving the issue,its only customer who always follow up ,i demand for a refund, till today issue is pending

It was a new ac ran only two seasons.......better go for other brands than blue star......as it will let u see stars in the day...worst brand
Now it is proved that not even AC can freeze Super V.

if anyone wants to go with blue star he must hv atleast 5years of extended warranty....as this brand is not trust worthy
Company is giving 5year warranty up to 31july
