    Thank you so much~~ I watched this video for my homework, but it made me happy while watching it. This "short" conversation helps me realize that dancing has a big impact on us, and I also realize that my social skills have increased even though I am an introvert. Also, every time we sing our national anthem and pray, our bodies are exercising and moving. I didn't realize at first that I was having so much fun and hoping that the 5-minute workout would last longer, lol. Anyway, I love this video. I hope others find it helpful and remember what they learned from this one 💕.

    Good stuff! I definitely relate to the body insecurities. I agree that exercise is not about looking a certain way but being your best self. I'd love to have the confidence to start dancing. Movement is so healing.
