Hey Elena. Thanks for making a review of our box! We're glad you liked it this go around (minus the beetle... that was my bad). A few quick note here: The box you received was our Jumbo Treasure Box that goes for $150. The horn inside is a springbok horn and the skull is an opossum. I can identify all of the crystals and minerals through a DM if you'd like (just because it's probably a bit long for a UA-cam comment). Normal we do include a receipt identifying everything but I (the web guy) forgot to include that one. I should probably leave the shipping to the shipping team from now on. It unfortunately seems to me quite telling that even in a box they know is most likely going to be reviewed publicly they couldn't package items well enough to avoid damage or include a description list or even labels.

The orange big crystal you had is called lemurian tangerine crystal. I have the same crystal. I felt this box turned out great with the bigger pieces but at the end they threw in stuff they had in store. I am also disappointed that they didn't wrap up anything, especially the most fragile pieces. You got a good value this time but I wouldn't recommend getting a box from them the way they took care of the shipping.

Hey Elena, i really enjoyed this video and box. My favourite has to be that skull, very cool. I also am not a fan of the beetle . I also wish things were wrapped better. I had been a longtime customer and fan of their store in SF as I was introduced to them via their neighbor, 826 Valencia aka the Pirate Supply Store (my children were little in 2002 so this was the ultimate) I was really excited when I had applied for and was offered a position in 2010 but the pay was too low 😓 Their items are very unique and uncommon. I’m glad that they survived the shutdown as this really is a small business. My favorite potion and witchcraft supply store Curios and Candles had been closed for awhile so PG has somewhat filled a void.

neat but i wish there was an information sheet explaining everything and i agree, items should have been wrapped.
I don’t understand how they don’t know they need to wrap the delicate and fragile items and don’t tell you what it all is.
A list of what the goodies are would have made it a lot easier 💜

I loved that box especially the beetle! But the whole box was so good! It sucks being up in Canada because with the exchange rate and shipping to Canada it becomes so expensive. I bought a brooch for 23 and with shipping and the exchange rate it ended up costing me just under 57 dollars. Ugh. I would love to be able to subscribe to their boxes otherwise! Thanks for sharing, I have never seen this box or you either! Lol but I subscribed and am looking forward to seeing you more!

Hi Elena -- glad to see you back! Well, you definitely got a ton of stuff :) I looked at their website and the two locations are real storefronts, jam packed with really neat curiosities. At this point, they only offer a Crystal Cache Treasure Box for $75, which might be fun to get. Some of their items are pricy and some are very affordable. I might be tempted to purchase a few things and see how they are packed -- I'll keep you posted!!

Great video and at least the guy that sent it, can tell you the stones and such. He didn't realize how much you need to use bubble wrap around stuff. But he apoligized for his mistake in not letting the shipping people do the packing of the box. Especially since shipping (not going to name them all, lol) companies are rough with stuff, even when you put fragile on the boxes. You have some great new bones to put in your collection and loads of stones to work with too. That horn is super cool. 🐐

I would have loved this box. I’m sure they thought the squiggles were sufficient packaging, along with the extra packing paper. I felt like it was curated well.
It was a wonderful box! But unfortunately some of the more fragile crystals got a little jostled up. They were still wonderful though!
I feel like they are missing protection of their stuff. Had i paid for this box i would of been mad at how much broken things there were + the number of repeating items makes me feel like they sent everything they could gather in a hurry🤷 maybe it's just me ☺️🐏🦗

I really appreciate your opinion, but I don't think that their business is unstable. They have a few storefront locations and have some really cool items inside. 💜

I wasn't at all impressed with this box. Seems like they just kinda lazily, thoughtlessly, and carelessly threw everything in. And, no paperwork? Who wants to be left having to guess at what they've gotten? 👎👎
