Even signing a birth certificate alone - unmarried - outside of court does NOT establish rights other than financial responsibility. We live in 2024, and everyone is aware that women lie or are mistaken about the paternity of their children. It's not the responsibility of the state, taxpayers, or hospital to determine who the baby's daddy is. Instead, it's the people who laid up and created the crumb-snatcher in the first place, so fellas, go to court like you're supposed to and handle your damned business.

We see the scandalous stories, and we start to assume that they are generalized across the board. The fact is, that 30% of paternity cases end up with the person not being the father. While that number sounds high, we have to keep in mind that this is only in cases where there is paternity in question at all. 70% of the time it turns out to be the father in those cases. This is only for cases where things are so extreme, that they feel the need to get a paternity test. It doesn't seem as though the data supports that this is a major issue in most cases. Again, I know it's hard, because we see it a lot, but in the same way that the news shows us extreme stories, that's what we're also seeing on these shows.
As wicked as this world is, EVERYBODY is not immoral. In many of these types of situations, both the man and woman are the kind of people who have sex on a regular and ongoing basis with people to whom they are not married. People who make these declarations are also usually those type of people.
