The Unexpected Lesson Snowboarding Taught Me in Recovery

Snowboarding taught me an unexpected lesson about my recovery and a lot about how I can pay those lessons forward! in this video, I'll tell you how my experience of attending a snowboarding instructor course as a beginner made me stronger and humbled at the same time. I'll also share with you the consequences of taking on challenges well beyond your skill level and can play on your ego. We will also discuss towards the end of the video how the season and holidays can affect our moods and behaviors.
Everything in life has a lesson of some kind if we use our experience,strength, and hope to help another who's still suffering we are paying it forward.
