Went through a multi year MDD, with 2 hospitalizations. I resolved the issues, my absolute rock star therapist, who frequently met 2x per week with me helped me out of the situation. I moved to a healthier place and belong to a magical community. I journal gratitude. My heart swells every day and even a silly UA-cam video makes me cry.
I am grateful that I feel gratitude for the gifts around me everyday. The more grateful I feel it seems the more I’m given to be grateful for. It’s a beautiful flow of good feeling vibrations💛⚡️
