I too prefer the old school character/20th century architecture...but with a skyline as stunning and ever-interesting as Manhattan's, the newer flats with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views are SO tempting. I've never had a "room with a view"...sigh. Thanks for vlogging your apartment tours! Always enjoyable!
